Shipping Policy

All merchandise is shipped UPS with standard insurance unless otherwise specified by the customer (additional charges may apply.) All merchandise is guaranteed and is checked carefully for any damage before shipping. If a product should arrive damaged, please call the store IMMEDIATELY at 570-343-6050 for further instructions. Damaged goods not reported within 24 hours of receipt are assumed received in perfect condition and will not be refundable.

Our aim at Kidoodles is to sell the best quality merchandise at reasonable prices. Because our items are personalized to your specifications, we are not able to off a refund policy.
